”The room was nicely decorated but the floors felt dirty, the curtains were also too long and they were dragging on the floor and collecting dust. The outside seating area was nicely decorated but there was no privacy, you were staring directly at 6 other rooms. The check in was terrible, that may have been an Expedia problem because I could not open the email they sent me. Check in was at a whole other property and we had a hard time finding where we were actually staying. When we called...

”Nice staff, however, they should allow an early check in if the room is ready. We were traveling for 3 hours and wanted to accommodate and go to the beach. They only let us in at 3. They only let us park the car. The house keeper was very helpful and nice.”

”The room was modern and clean. Only negative there was there wasn’t a microwave. The issues were that the check in office is at a different location with no parking. After walking to the office, I learned that parking near your room is also not guaranteed. We did get lucky and found a spot but did not want to drive anywhere and loose our spot.”

”I recommend adding a microwave and a beach umbrella, and getting the room's air conditioning serviced; it's very noisy.Everything else was excellent, the cleanliness and the staff.”

”My wife and I were with another couple on a birthday celebration and needed a place near Palma Sol Bay where we had reservations to ride the horses in the water. The location turned out to be perfect in all respects as it offered alternative options to get to specific locations throughout the area and it was within 30 minutes of everything even if traffic was heavy. The place was very clean and offered a small kitchen, two full bathrooms and two bedrooms (one queen, one king) and two couches...

”We stayed in a room over looking the dumpster, both the bathroom and room ceiling had pealing paint due to damp! The air conditioning sounded like a wind tunnel constantly noisy!!! I made reception aware and advised the lady at check out but she simply wrote a note but didn’t even acknowledge what I had said! I was charged $30 a day as a ‘Resort’ apparently for self parking, WIFI and the pool? Really??? I will not be back!!!!!”
