”I had a very frustrating experience at this hotel that fell well below expectations. I specifically booked and paid for a double-bed room, only to be told upon arrival that the hotel had oversold that room type and could only offer me a single room. Just make sure the housekeeping understands what you mean if you give them a bagful of clothes to wash - mine got mistakenly dumped to trash when the housekeeper mistook the laundry bag as trash...”

”The hotel was nothing like the photos online. The blue sofa and other stylish furniture shown in the listing were nowhere to be found. Instead, the lobby looked shabby, and the rooms were no better. There was visible dust throughout, and I took photos to document it. I also noticed grimy handprints on the sides of the furniture. The room smelled awful because of whatever heavily scented product had been used on the carpet. The odor was strong, chemical, and perfume-like. It gave me a headache...

”Extremely dirty hotel. Even in the corridors You were able to spot all kind of dirt/dirtiness. I don't understand that how can a hotel have this kind of level of cleaning. Our hotel room was spacious but very very dirty. On the first night, I started to watch the ESPN, moved my feet around the sofa and suddenly a pill/drug dropped from the sofa table or something like that. There were hairs, dirt and different crumbles all over room floor. I can say that it wasn't the most pleasant stay over....
