”I was very disappointed with my stay and this all comes down to how this place is managed. I only gave it two stars because the rooms were new. I did not have a problem with the reduced opening of reception (7am to 7pm) when booking this hotel, but during my stay I barely saw the receptionists at the reception. ”Quiet, clean, and comfortable. In walking distance to public transport and has great coffee just downstairs. Surrounded by green and walkable. Only slight downsides were the light blocking curtains weren’t 100% effective (lots of street light) and the credit card hold takes ages to release.”

They didn’t acknowledge our special occasion, and we had to ask for drink vouchers that were supposed to be included. This is not a 5-star hotel. The room also needs maintenance, as the bathroom cabinet door was broken.”

I would have given full 5/5 point, but it was very irritating that even we have prepaid “well-priced” breakfast, we couldn’t get both coffee and orange juice, which belong always to our breakfast.
