”The environment is spectacular. Hotel is in need of some maintenance, updating, and care. The room itself was subpar for the price. We paid almost $900 a night for a pretty small room without even a coffee maker (nespresso), a toilet that chronically ran and a nonworking hairdryer. I would’ve expected a lot more for that price. Particularly, the coffee in the room or even coffee in the lobby in the morning seems like a bare minimum for a hotel at this level and even below this level. I...

”I like the setting and the staff is always great.
I don't like how families with unruly children aren't reined in. I don't like adults leaving their garbage on coffee tables/chairs after they're done andnot being called on it. I don't like the dogs given free run of the lobby on a leash. Should have secluded areas for pets. Service dogs obviously excluded.”

”We only stayed one night but would definitely have liked to stay longer. The staff were lovely and our room was clean and comfortable. We ate in the hotel and, despite a longer than usual wait, the meal was very tasty. The help yourself pantry was well stocked but, as a food allergy sufferer, I would have appreciated an allergen list to refer to. Quiet area with plenty of parking.”
