”My husband and I went to the Inn to celebrate our anniversary. I cannot praise the staff enough for all that they did to make our stay incredible.
On a separate note, I had left something in our room when we were there in June. The cleaning staff knew me, and put it aside until I returned. Absolutely above and beyond her scope of job. James and Sherri also exceeded our expectations.
We got married at a nearby hotel, but selected this one to celebrate in as personal attention and guest...

”This property does NOT look like it does intrigue the pictures on Expedia. The pictures look bright, clean, and semi updated. The room was dark, rundown, and carpets were dirty. Thr bathtub was not something I was going to soak in and the lampshade was very stained. The slider door almost came off the track when opened as well. The property itself appeared to have amenities that families with younger children would enjoy but for us... this is not a place we will return to. I will say the front...

”One of the quotes from one of the historical posters at The Wentworth talks about it not being “the most luxurious,” but among the most welcoming, of the White Mountain inns of old. I would disagree - luxury isn’t just about high-thread-count sheets and butler service, true luxury is when an establishment shows that it truly cares about its guests and its legacy. And the Wentworth has those touches in abundance.
The art on the walls features local subjects and is largely by local artists....

”Room was clean and the bathroom was updated. Bed was quite comfortable compared to other places. Staff was pleasant. We had a back side room with a private balcony. Nice view of the beach and ocean. A table lamp only would turn off if unplugged but we managed to. All in all a good decent stay. Would stay here again. Recommend”
