”Hello Paul: We had a wonderful stay in your home in Brewster. Enjoyed all the attributes that Brewster and the surrounding area have to offer. Thank you for the DOT book and library. Very fun to peruse. Knowing you have just gone through a very impressive renovation, I have a few comments that may help in further improvements which I am sure you are aware. Stepping stones to the outdoor shower, chest of drawers in all the bedrooms. With the great weather we had, an umbrella on the picnic table...

”The house was just as advertised. It was perfect for our girls weekend. Close to everything, but far enough where it was peaceful and quiet at night despite being closer to the road. The bed and pullout bed were super comfortable! We had a great time and would definitely be back! ”

”The house is in a great location being close to all of Brewsters amenities but also having a beach at the end of the road. We didn't get to use the kayaks as the weather was great, but it was good to know they were available for us. We had everything we needed in the house and it was better than we expected. As it was just the two of us we didn't try the pull out bed. Even though we were there in the bad weather the house stayed nice and warm. We would come back here. ”

”Rustic cottage with totally renovated interior. Hardwood floors. Modern well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable sleeping quarters and large screen tv with cable. More than we expected. We loved the deck for outdoor meals. Five minutes walk to bike trail. Fifteen minutes walk to Nickerson State Park. ”

”The cottage was exactly what we were looking for. Quiet, clean, convenient, walk to water. Check in and out went smoothly. Would definitely recommend for a couple. Very relaxing.”
