”Visiting the area for the first time and decided to stay with a brand that I know. Hyatt Regency didn't disappoint. Aesthetically pleasing from the moment we pulled up to the resort. Excellent customer service provided throughout. Indoor/outdoor dining is wonderful with delicious culinary faire. Lobby was welcoming. Infinity pool, crystal clear water, relaxing vibes throughout surrounding area. My room was clean and spacious with updated amenities. Prompt response/resolve to an expressed concern...
”Place is magnificent: My husband and I always enjoy our stay at the Brix. Team members: Mr.Otis, Mr. Curtis, Mr. Nathaniel we always so lucky to have them present when we visit they always so warm, very polite it's like family. Last but not least Ms. Kizzy who always make sure our room is well kept. Thank you all for the outstanding service it's one of the reasons we keep staying at the Brix.

”We stayed at the Regent Star overnight for a layover and we had a very pleasant experience. The shuttle to the from the airport was very convenient, the breakfast was good, and they allowed us a late checkout which was wonderful. The bed was a little firmer than we like, but we had a good night of rest. We’d definitely stay here again!”
”I love everything! I wish if I was staying longer. I really don't want to go home. The food was great, the bed was comfortable and the room was bigger than many hotels I have stayed at. The internet was excellent, I got to actually do my work. Because it's a residential area, I used the transportation app to call the TT version of Uber. Very convenient. ”The property is in the heart of San Juan, but the gps location is not accurate. We were able to call the owner who gave us actual directions to the property. Once we got there, everything improved. The owner contacted you in advance to confirm your stay, so that was nice. I had previously booked the property, and they cancelled it, and raised the rate. I was in a pinch, so I hesitantly rebooked it at the higher rate.
