”The manager was very friendly and helpful”

”First we picked this hotel because it offered breakfast you can pay for. The restaurant for that is closed forever. Secondly, our safe and hotel phone were both broken and were unable to get it fixed. Next, we asked for an extra duvet 2 days in a row. Once we were given a mattress protector and the second time given 2 sheets being told they didn’t have extra. From what I saw they don’t actually wash the duvets they just change sheets. Additionally, the first night we were absolutely exhausted...

”Room was clean and staff was friendly.”

”Great place”

”Easy check in and check out. Free breakfast was great. Plenty of parking. The only thing that was difficult was that we had a lot of road noise outsode our room that lasted late into the night and started up super early in the morning. This wasn't the hotel's fault, but is something to be aware of.”

”There was a fire alarm at 4 in the morning, and they weren't properly trained in how to reset the alarm, and it went off 4 more times. Just as we got settled in again, it went off again and again. A hotel employee was asking guests where the stairwell was. Staff needs to be trained better to handle emergencies like this. This is something corporate should be training. In today's world knowing how to react quickly can save lives. They were lucky this wasn't a real emergency just someone vaping...

”Extremely convenient to arrive and leave to the airport. Great bed, great restaurant which is open till very late. Philly is just 10-15 mins away!”

”I would definitely stay here again. I had an event close to the areas why I chose this hotel. I’ve never stayed at the best Western before, but after this trip, I would do it again. Upon arrival, Quisha.(Keisha) greeted me with such professionalism and courtesy that I had an experience in a very long time. She was ending a phone call at the front desk and I actually complimented on how well she handled the guest. I knew I had chosen the right hotel. I’m usually a 4.7 and above at choosing...

”Propre et tranquille déjeuner correct”

”not bad,”

”Room AC did not work so it was 76 the entire night. I was only at the hotel for 9 hours, so I didn’t call, but it was not a great experience at 1:30am.”

”The staff at the front desk was kind and went above the. Natalia especially was very warm and energetic. The rooms could’ve cleaned a lot better. Counters wiped and carpets cleaned”

”Hotel was clean. Room was comfortable. The air freshener in the lobby was stifling! We could barely breathe. Also, the light switches were difficult to find.”
