”Beautiful property, staff were friendly and very help! A bit of a march to Brighton but worth it. Very cost effective!!
Also If you fancy an outstanding brekky, an so not want to walk far, go to Oeuf cafe, two doors down towards the sea, worth every penny.”

”Very run down with no signs of trying to fix anything.
Friendly enough staff, but clueless.
I had to move rooms after the first night. The radiator in room 218 couldn't be turned off and it was 25 degrees. The ceiling in the bathroom has water damage from above and the plaster was cracked and falling down.
The second room I was given, room 317, had more problems. The window had broken seals, so let in a lot of wind and noise from the street. I found 2 empty Absolut vodka bottles wedged...
