”Room was small (as most rooms are in the UK), but it was so well designed it still felt spacious enough. The seaview was a big bonus. Location couldn't have been better. Lovely staff, I felt very welcome. ”

”The room was nice and the location of the hotel at the beach is excellent as was the breakfast. The tv in our room didn’t work and we complained three times about it at the reception, but nothing happened 😵”

”Booked a suite. Arrived early, asked if any chance to get a room earlier because of travelling a lack of sleep. Told, the would call us if possible. No call.. sat at reseption… at 2pm asked again, reply was ”no it is 4pm”. Sat there and watched many guests check in at 2.30. We spoke to the manager and she was no help, just adamant, It turns out, you pay for a suite and you are left till last, so book a normal room, pay less and enjoy your room more.
Cleaning: Room was not cleaned properly. Hair...
