âI booked because of the name "Radisson".
The blanket was really cheap and the bed was not the 4-star standard.
I don't think they had changed the sheet in my room, and apparently housekeeping does not work I the evening. They gave me a new room. They gave me a second blanket, which made my night ok.
This place is great for a 3 star hotel, but if you are looking for a standard 4 star bed, this is not the place for you. â

âBooked a suite. Arrived early, asked if any chance to get a room earlier because of travelling a lack of sleep. Told, the would call us if possible. No call.. sat at reseption⊠at 2pm asked again, reply was âno it is 4pmâ. Sat there and watched many guests check in at 2.30. We spoke to the manager and she was no help, just adamant, It turns out, you pay for a suite and you are left till last, so book a normal room, pay less and enjoy your room more.
Cleaning: Room was not cleaned properly. Hair...

Huoneet siistit ja huoneessa palvelut kunnossa. Ravintola mukava ja ruoka oli hyvÀÀ.
Hotellin ympÀristössÀ ei ollut kÀytÀnnössÀ mitÀÀn. VieressÀ liikuntakeskus, jonne saa alennuksella pÀivÀlipun, mutta piha-alueella pelkkÀÀ parkkipaikkaa, joten lÀhialueen ulkoilu ei ollut kovin miellyttÀvÀ kokemus. Hotelli varmasti autoilijoille hyvÀ taukopaikka Lontoon...
