”I was here for a couple of days after a conference. The room was quite good but could. It was not possible to adjust the temperature higher. Nothing happened when trying. I would not quite rate it a 5 star hotel - only 4 star. The breakfast was expensive but poor (for examinerad no cheese selection - no fresh juice). However the service at concierge was fantastic all the time. The check-in desk was not so welcoming, but ok.”

”Staff & service were exceptional. So convenient to get to Central train station - look for the doors to Sofitel from within the station (don't go around the block like Google & Apple maps suggest). Showerhead in bathroom needs to be updated but it works. Shower tap handle also could be updated - very difficult to use and get temperature right. ”

”Checked in after a flight from Cairns where we had a fantastic Marina view room with the sunrise through our balcony to the bed every morning. Of course we knew the high-rise Hyatt Regency was not going to beat that, but a city skyline or river view from a high 15th floor room would be good. We had a 5th floor view of a rear lane. Close the drapes and enjoy the super comfy bed and clever room layout. Plenty of breakfast places within 5 mins walk. Right on the CBD doorstep.”

”I’d definitely stay here again. The staff and everything about the hotel was first class. The rooms are clean and comfortable with some nice touches. The staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming The valet parking was easy and convenient. The hotel is situated well but for the city centre, shopping and restaurants it could be quite a walk for some ( about 1 - 1.5 miles) for us it was no problem ”
