”Room was terrible very small could hardly walk round the bed. Shower had lots of Black mould no ventilation, the bed was shocking desperately need a new mattress, very uncomfortable, lots of cobwebs everywhere and because there were no windows you could open was very musty. Will not be recommending this place”

”Nice room & building, shame about the lack of care & attention to detail!
Arrived to find the room not made up. Ali, a kitchen worker was apologetic & accommodating & said he would call house keeping back. We went off for 1 hour but returned earlier than anticipated as my partner wasn’t feeling well.
When we came to the room, the male worker, on his phone, had an unpleasant attitude, saying he needed another 10 minutes. We said ok, but we needed to use the bathroom urgently.

”Richard was an amazing host and was very welcoming. I would stay again! The view was amazing from our bedroom and bathroom, and breakfast was delicious. Richard really made us feel arlt home.”
