”Put into no bed room, nothing was prepared. Breakfast is just some common items and in the reception hall offering, coffee is cold. Early check-in requested for 1:00 pm, but not available and their check-in time is 4:00 pm and charged for about 200$ is not worth it.”

”I booked my room on Expedia when I arrived the guy said he didn’t have my booking information when I showed him the email he tried to tell me it was going to take 30 min to 4 hours. I told him the money was taken out so it should be there. Then he tried to tell me they don’t do price match and charged me 342 for the night. I had to have Expedia call them to refund my money! Then charged another person I know a cheaper price”

”The shower did not flush properly until I had to fix it while my daughter was taking shower. the water was clogged. The toilet seat was not screwed tight, so we had to be careful. none of the days the room was vacuumed or bed were made. The trash of the room was not cleared. Moreover we were promised that we'd have a safe/vault in the room that was not fulfilled. Only thing that was fulfilled was we requested a change from single king bed to 2 queen bed... The breakfast was not up to the mark...

”The staff was fine, check-in was fine. No room cleaning unless you asked for it. Trash stayed in the hall until the day shift. The room clean. ”I wasn’t looking for shops, but I think there were plenty around. I didn’t know there was a spa. The breakfast stopped too soon as we didn’t get in until 11pm from our event so didn’t get up early enough to make it by the time we took showers. Overall we were satisfied with the hotel. ”
