”Picked the accommodation because it was a 15 minute walk to the Gillette Stadium which was excellent. However, I also picked it because there was a bar and food which was sadly not open the night before the England match - very disappointing. I was also promised extra blankets because it was cold in room. These were promised but sadly never arrived. However, I would stay there again.”

”Staying after World Cup, it was 500 dollars a night. No problem. The air was blowing hot air, it was miserable. Reported the problem was told no one was available to work on it…. I said I won’t be able to sleep. I’m sorry I will add points. After I couldn’t take it anymore I said I need my money back it won’t give me another room. This is 1030 pm fyi. Finally get in new room. Horrible.”
