”Picked the accommodation because it was a 15 minute walk to the Gillette Stadium which was excellent. However, I also picked it because there was a bar and food which was sadly not open the night before the England match - very disappointing. I was also promised extra blankets because it was cold in room. These were promised but sadly never arrived. However, I would stay there again.”

”We had a comfortable room with 2 beds on the ground floor - very clean inside but the patio area hadn’t been swept There was an indirect pool but room keys/fobs didn’t open it and we needed to get a staff member to let us in They did say it was a fault which they were trying to sort out but we weren’t told in advance when checking in and there were no towels at the pool (though we were subsequently told we could pick them up from reception) there was a decent bar area which looked quite north...

The person at the front desk was disrespectful, the phone in the room didn’t work had a negative attitude, and seemed annoyed that we arrived early. There was no greeting or welcoming attitude. Every request was met with resistance, and he repeatedly said he couldn’t help us without offering any alternatives. He came across as argumentative and unprofessional throughout the interaction. What made the experience even more...

”The hotel was basic in all regards but was satisfactory for a two night stay. Some maintenance work needs to be done (repair a leak from the ceiling on the fourth floor hallway). No frills hotel with no breakfast available. Staff were friendly. Location to Foxborough stadium was the key.”

”This was a brand new property and we only stayed one night. The checkin instructions on the site were not what was needed but a quick call to the property and it was all set. It was a great rate and we stayed there due to the walking distance to the xfinity center, an easy 20 min with police helping at crossings during the show times!”
