”Put into no bed room, nothing was prepared. Breakfast is just some common items and in the reception hall offering, coffee is cold. Early check-in requested for 1:00 pm, but not available and their check-in time is 4:00 pm and charged for about 200$ is not worth it.”

”The shower did not flush properly until I had to fix it while my daughter was taking shower. the water was clogged. The toilet seat was not screwed tight, so we had to be careful. none of the days the room was vacuumed or bed were made. The trash of the room was not cleared. Moreover we were promised that we'd have a safe/vault in the room that was not fulfilled. Only thing that was fulfilled was we requested a change from single king bed to 2 queen bed... The breakfast was not up to the mark...

”The staff was fine, check-in was fine. No room cleaning unless you asked for it. Trash stayed in the hall until the day shift. The room clean. The breakfast was standard Fairfield Inn turkey sausage, eggs, nondescript pastries from the local grocery store. The shower was great. Sadly the wrong size door had been installed and the door seal was loose. My wife, 38 year old son and I were in Walpole for a funeral. ”I booked my room on Expedia when I arrived the guy said he didn’t have my booking information when I showed him the email he tried to tell me it was going to take 30 min to 4 hours. I told him the money was taken out so it should be there. Then he tried to tell me they don’t do price match and charged me 342 for the night. I had to have Expedia call them to refund my money! Then charged another person I know a cheaper price”

”Very friendly staff. Clean rooms. Wasn’t a fan of the Bistro. Purchased a Buffalo chicken sandwich, didn’t taste Buffalo, to much blue cheese, and the chicken patty tasted not fully Cooked. I also waited 2 hours to get food, cook was running an hour late and the oven wasn’t working, only the fryer. Great stay but don’t purchase the food.”

I got there before my daughter and her family and they told me it had been noted and then NOTHING! It took me writing a scathing description of this type of dangerous and child unfriendly check in for a pack and play to arrive at 10 PM after they had finally gotten him down to sleep on the floor! ”Front Desk staff are extremely helpful and friendly, as well as the breakfast staff. Room was a bit more worn from the past 2 times I've stayed there, but still acceptable.”

”The employee at the front desk showed no enthusiasm what-so-ever when we arrived for check in. I don’t expect much, but when the receptionist looks annoyed when customers arrive, it does not paint a good picture of the hotel. Other than that, a decent hotel for a few nights.”
