”Check in lady was helpful and very friendly. As soon as we got there the elevator was broke down, stuck on second floor. She was trying her best, running back and forth up the steps to fix it. No luck on that. We were only on the second floor, so not so bad getting up to the room. We got to the room, and although the bed was made, there were gross stains and hairs on the comforter, which we were told they normally don’t wash them unless they look dirty. Well….obviously nobody looked at this one....

”The room was very clean and quiet. My only problem was I wish people would understand handicap people's needs. My mom couldn't take a shower because was not handicap accessible. And only king rooms have walk in showers. My mom travels with my husband and I and we are not all sleeping together.”

”There was rat poop in between our bedsheets. The tub was dirty, like if someone just got out of the tub and left it they tried to give us another room. The adjoining door would not lock, but they thought that they could put a chair in front of the door to hold it shut. Breakfast was okay but no dark roast coffee (only decaf or light roast).
Overall, a disappointing stay for a Hampton and the premium price.”
