”Front desk staff were very unfriendly. However, the cleaning staff were very nice & friendly! Overall our stay was fine: quiet, clean, decent Continental breakfast each morning.”

Although the hotel is in the center part of town we could not find open restaurants or any open businesses in the evening. We should have stayed closer to the interstate or areas with usable businesses.”

”Staff was nice. Room was in need of repair and cleaning. Walls were stained and peeling. Couch had stains as did the pillow. Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Our friends 4th floor room had barely any shower water pressure the would shower in our room. Other than that it was good.”

”If you're looking for the best bang for your buck, Red Roof Inn of JC is the greatest. Do not try the other budget-friendly options in Johnson City. I've tried many of them—and they're all deficient in cleanliness (seriously, trust me on this) and in customer service. Red Roof Inn of JC has super friendly and accommodating staff. And the rooms are clean with no weird smells or moldy corners. As I said, I've tried many of the other budget-friendly options in JC, but I always come back to Red Roof...

”Entire facility is dirty, water damaged and out dated. Hot water issues, dirty pool, minimal breakfast offerings, front desk left unattended aside from a phone number that when called was the phone at the front desk.”
