”Good”

”The room was very clean and quiet. My only problem was I wish people would understand handicap people's needs. My mom couldn't take a shower because was not handicap accessible. And only king rooms have walk in showers. My mom travels with my husband and I and we are not all sleeping together.”

”Check in lady was helpful and very friendly. As soon as we got there the elevator was broke down, stuck on second floor. She was trying her best, running back and forth up the steps to fix it. No luck on that. We were only on the second floor, so not so bad getting up to the room. We got to the room, and although the bed was made, there were gross stains and hairs on the comforter, which we were told they normally don’t wash them unless they look dirty. Well….obviously nobody looked at this one....

”The pool was 82 degrees a little chilly , not enough help on the casino floor for the drink servers lines at the bar were long. The property was very clean . The rooms were excellent and they did have people wiping down the machines . Very nice hotel”

”Very nice place friendly staff enjoyed watching the games in the lobby”

”It was a great hotel. Getting the suite was definitely worth it. We would stay here again on our next visit.”

”The hotel is between 2 busy highways. Even with earplugs it was hard to sleep with the roar of traffic all night. Breakfast was okay but no dark roast coffee (only decaf or light roast). Overall, a disappointing stay for a Hampton and the premium price.”

”It was not walking distance to downtown Bristol, but it was not the hotel fault it was who I went thru rooms was clean ,staff was super breakfast was included it was good”

”There was rat poop in between our bedsheets. The tub was dirty, like if someone just got out of the tub and left it they tried to give us another room. The adjoining door would not lock, but they thought that they could put a chair in front of the door to hold it shut. People are living in the hotel one couple said that they were in between places to live so they were staying there for a while. It was absolutely disgusting. The outside looked abandoned. The whole experience at this hotel was the...

”Rooms not properly maintained.”

”There's a specific room that I go to every single time, and the head of the bed frame faces towards where the sun rises and the moon rises. I get amazing rest with positive dreams i believe 100% if you're looking for an affordable place this is a good place to get rest, You have many restaurants and places to go to nearby and lovely attractions like Elk River Falls. I am a non-smoker but this place does have smoking rooms as well as pet friendly.”

”Appeared updates have been attempted but not quality. Owner very friendly. Vending machine broken. Ice machine on the second floor. Traffic noise.”
