”We use this hotel as it is conveniently placed to visit friends in Keynsham for a yearly reunion. The hotel has friendly helpful staff and the breakfast is always of a good standard. The parking is good, the room very clean. Just one observation was the blind in the bathroom in our room 10 could be better but not a big issue.”

”Positives : close to the airport and has parking. However, the room was terribly hot and there was no fan. If you opened the window the traffic, which is constant, could be heard even louder. The surfaces were sticky (bedside tables and coffee table) plus the bathroom had a terrible smell of drain. The mattress was sagging. To add, entering the property from the main road was easy but exiting it not so much given the overgrown hedges in combination with the constant traffic. Consider existing...

It was the days of the heatwave so uncomfortable only because of that. Bed very comfortable clean linen and towels. All guests were very in tune with quiet period 10 pm to 8 am. I was aid for street parking through guest house arrived early and managed to park directly outside.”

”The room was far too hot. There was a thick winter 13 tog duvet on our bed ( and it was June weather) my husband asked for a blanket and sheet so the cleaner took away duvet but only left a sheet no blanket, so we were then cold on our second night and had to put our light raincoats on ourselves to keep warm:( The bed was far too small with it being a small double. Suggest you get smaller bedsize cabinets thsn the chunky ones and invest in a wider king-size bed for comfort for guests!”
