Hotellit kohteessa Broadwaters, Kidderminster

”Failed to clean room Staff rude to guest after over charging at bar. Additional £40 charged to card which I will challenge. No eggs for breakfast.... Stayed here many times in the past but need to clean up their act....”

”Very friendly staff all round .The hotel needs a bit updating stairs to room ,we stayed in Apple blossom room which was spacious with a large bathroom .Mini fridge in room with fresh milk nice touch .The room was comfortable in the heatwave ,with a fan included . Felt the detail of cleaning could of been better ( big cobweb under window and handbasin cracked and behind the taps could of done with a clean ) The setting and surroundings really make this hotel a good find .Breakfast served by...

”Very nice stay indeed. Owner very helpful on a minor housekeeping issue. Breakfast is in the coffee shop on the ground floor of the building and was really nice - speaking to locals they told me this was the best breakfast place in Bewdley, without knowing I was staying there. The only thing is that this property is on a busy main road so if road noise is an issue for you bear that in mind”

”Stayed at Brockencote in early September 2026. It was a very enjoyable visit. Highly recommend for peace and quiet, friendly staff, beautiful location, safe and easy parking, short distance to many local attractions. Must do's include Harvington Hall, Warwick Castle, Kenilworth Castle, Black Country Living Museum, Worcester. It is also not too far from Cotswolds tourist sites. The staff were excellent. I would be remiss if I did not thank Tom, Josh and Angela in the bar area for their...

”Staff were great”

”The food was excellent”

”In the first room TV and various lights weren’t working, they gave me a second room and heating didn’t work initially. Mattress was very poor and uneven to sleep on, you could feel every spring. Biscuits on floor down back of work desk, a faulty leaking shower head, the list goes on. It became apparent wondering around the hotel that it was an old Hilton that’s been taken over at some point and can only presume it hasn’t been updated since it was built in the 90’s I’m presuming. Breakfast...

”Great place to stay for our journey home. Staff very friendly and helpful, ideal location just off the M5.”

”Good clean property, staff very friendly. Very accommodating for pet.”

”Great location about 10 minutes drive into the City. Large, clean room with tea, coffee etc and fresh milk in fridge & bottled water too. Quirky room as part of an old pub so floors a little uneven and steepish staircase to get to rooms, but didn’t detract from the stay. Breakfast was delicious and staff all extremely friendly & helpful. As it’s a pub, you are obviously aware of noises from the pub during the day and evening but as soon as it closes, it’s very quiet.”

”Norma was absolutely wonderful, helpful and efficient. The accommodation was clean and tidy, shower was great. Breakfast was well varied and tasty. Evening meal was excellent. Bar and staff were good. Will be visiting again 😊”

”I love old fashioned, traditional pubs & inns, and this was perfect. Wooden beams, creaky floors, etc. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The meals were of high quality & decently priced, too, the breakfast exceptional! Plenty of parking available. I will definitely visit there again.”
