”This was a last minute booking and the room wasn't ready when we arrived so we had a little wait until it was ready. The manager (Tanya I think?) was very helpful, kept us informed and gave us a free drink while we were waiting which was much appreciated. The room itself was good, it was ground floor and close to McDonalds but we couldn't hear any noise from outside. I didn't find the bed or the sofa bed particularly comfortable but it was fine for one night. The only thing that would have been...

”Full of old character. Staff were very polite and helpful. The food was to a high standard and the full English breakfast was 10/10. On site parking was good. I would thoroughly recommend the Falcon as a good base for a stay in or near Bromyard. It's not 5-star luxury, but that doesn't matter. I have used it before and will use it again.”

”Constant smell of cheap air fresheners in the halls, food was overcooked and took an extremely long time to arrive, people arriving after me were served there food before me. My experience was all the staff were in their early twenties, Maybe my issue were down to a lack of experience being on hand. Definitely not the worst place I’ve stayed in but can definitely be improved.”

”We had a wonderful stay and the staff were incredibly accommodating. They were so helpful in arranging an early check-in for us and even found a room where we could get ready before attending a wedding, which made the whole day much less stressful. Everyone was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We really appreciated the excellent service and would happily stay here again.”

We had a child of 8 with us so it was a bit unfair on him. The bathroom had no fascia on the shower temp control and there was mould on the ceiling. The tissue box had no tissues in during our two night stay. The mini fridge was not stocked upon arrival . When I asked if I could see the room before I was paid I was told they needed a managers consent which...

”Wr use the hotel often when visiting our granddaughter, so don't use any of the facilities. The staff have always been charming and extremely helpful if there has been a problem.”
