”Our room needed some minor repairs and updating- shower door wouldn’t shut, toilet paper holder coming off wall, curtains very worn and difficult to draw and room needs brighter lighting. The grounds and common areas were very nice.”

”Nice setting, attractive ambience”

”The property was very clean and the facilities seemed new. Breakfast was really good, with lots of options.”

”breakfast was ok, the only comment that i have is because in the front desk when i checked in, they ask for 100 USD deposit, and now that charge is still in my credit card in process, stil is not cancelled by the hotel.”

”Our room was on a busy street and we were awakened every night by noisy cars. There were no interior rooms available. there were motorcycles and cars revving their engines at all times of the night. I would go back there again - if the rooms were free.”

”The gate guard was nice and he had our keys to the room and car pass ready for us when we arrived. Felt safe and the room was quiet and clean. Good hot water for showers The restaurant was great and they had plenty of tvs to watch the World Series”

”The room was immaculate. The staff was friendly. The hotel was close to medical facilities. There was plenty of parking that felt very safe. It was easy to get where we needed to go. We were very impressed!”

”The rooms and hallways need a bit of a face-lift or a thorough cleaning as they are looking a little worn. (e.g. broken hooks, peeling wallpaper, overflowing trash) We also had ants in our initial room. However, the staff addressed the issue immediately and were apologetic. Despite the ants and the worn look, we typically are pleased with our stay since we've stayed at this location multiple times.”

”Amazing!”

”The receptionist was very helpful and nice.”

”The only thing that was misleading was the fact that we were booking a room at the Lodge and not the Hotel. However, the room at the Lodge was spacious & well appointed. The staff was exceedingly attentive & helpful. We will definitely stay there again when in Tucson.”
