”No towels in the pool area, weight room and fewer than needed in our room. The shower only had scalding hot mode. Terrible. Overall rated 2 out of 5 ”

”Breakfast options were great. More tables for 4 would be nice, most were for 2 unless you move tables around. We had a suite and it was plenty big for our needs. There is a grab bar to get into the shower but one anything to hold onto once in the shower, this makes it dangerous for a disabled person. This stay we also had loud upstairs neighbors that sounded like a herd of watet buffalo above us waking us up super early. Will still stay over and over for Mayo trips!”

”Terrible parking conditions. People fell in parking lot. Everywhere else was cleaned off around streets/shops but hotel had not cleared off parking. Sidewalks were clear but at front of building it was just slush and so dangerous.”

”The hotel was nicely located to stores and restaurants. However, the evening attendant was sleeping when we tried to check in. In addition, the room itself was not kept up. The tub was chipping and looked unclean. The bed was lumpy and very uncomfortable. In addition, the headboard and remote had grit on it. Luckily I bring lysol wipes wherever I go. Part of the pool was roped off and unusable. Lastly, the chlorine smell was so strong it permeated our room which was on the opposite side of the...

”Breakfast was ok. Bagels cereal yogurt. Staff was very attentive. Room and common area clean. Iron and full size ironing board helpful. Only complaint not enough closet space to hang clothes. You can hear people in next room as well as hallway. Lots of traffic with people having early appointments at Mayo clinic. ”

”The hotel is an older hotel, however it is really taken care of and very comfortable. Our room was large, bed was comfy and the pillows were wonderful too. There are cute animals made out of the washcloths and hand towels. A cute addition for your stay. The breakfast was pretty satisfying. Something for everyone. ”Hot tub wasn’t working, empty beer cans in the pool area, shower made loud scratching noises when running, drywall damage in rooms and halls, breakfast wasn’t maintained no forks or egg refilled the whole time we where down there to eat apple juice machine wasn’t cold. ”
