”Very easy check in. The room was clean and had everything we needed with extras! Delicious breakfast and they kept it fresh. My daughter used the hot tub after a long couple days of dance competitions and found it nice & hot..best massage she said!”

”The kitchen setup and laundry setup was excellent. The bathroom vent fan did not operate. The 2 chair setup for television viewing was small and uncomfortable. As well as there was no setup for a cup of coffee while watching tv. The location of television and the limited wall cable length restricted the ability to position the tv screen to enable viewing from the bed. The bed mattress was very firm. The location of the hotel to the hospital is excellent.”

”I liked the room. It was cleverly laid out and there was a place to put most things while traveling. The air conditioning worked great too. The property was clean and in a good location too. The breakfast was okay. It was a simple continental breakfast. It was included which was very nice. I only stayed one night and had breakfast on a Saturday. Maybe it changes day to day, I don’t know. It just had cereal, milk, bananas, oatmeal, granola bars, packaged muffins, bagels, cream cheese and...

”The one person on staff did her best to assist, but it was clear she had no one else working with her. The room quality wasn't great - the jacuzzi tub was broken (the jets were either not working or spraying EVERYWHERE. We asked for extra blankets and no one ever brought any. The hot tub jets were also broken. I would give a 2/10, and the two points are because the only person on staff did her best.”

”I stayed at this hotel for my first trip to Mayo Clinic. The hotel has an hourly shuttle that is convenient. You can also catch the quarter-hour shuttle at St. Mary's (across the street) if you're mobile. The hotel is very casual. It's hard to figure out where to enter; I had parked and tried to get in a door that was only accessible to people with key cards; since the signage on that street indicated the hotel was *there*, that's where I tried to go in.
