”We received a very warm welcome from hosts Jackie and Rob and our stay was absolutely exceptional! Our room was clean, neat, well appointed, with a refreshments tray including lovely homemade cake and the folder containing menus and directions for the nearby pubs for meals was well thought out and presented. ”The room was clean and comfortable. It was very warm, but a hotel of that age can't be expected to have aircon so it was mitigated with fans. Staff were excellent throughout and sorted any minor niggle i had. Would highly recommend.”

”I think a basic hotel. All worked well, in principle, and I could stay again. I think it's the best option if you want to be in downtown Wolverhampton. the location is pretty good. Instead of feedback on finishing, I sent an inquiry by email to the hotel, it was not answered in any way. Also my friend sent the letter to the hotel, but was not found immediately, but as I said, I could stay again”

”The room had everything we needed and was good value for the price. But the level of cleanliness was not what we were expecting. Could have done with a deep clean and some new bed linen as it was a bit marked and old”

”Absolutely spot on. We expected quite simple / basic accommodation and were pleased to find it as anticipated - a small cabin like bedroom simply fitted out but completely adequate and spotlessly clean. We didn't arrive until just after 8pm but were cheerfully greeted by a very helpful Chris (despite him being towards the end of a busy day for him - when we arrived he was part of a small team clearing up after a wedding or birthday celebration of some size). He directed us towards a nearby place...

”The hotel was a bit dated. However it was clean and breakfast was adequate. The spa/ pool was average but clean. The staff were not particularly helpful. A request for a late checkout was immediately met with a response £10 extra charge. When I asked for another towel at the pool, to replace the wet towel, this was denied. Small personal extras could have made this stay feel luxurious but instead it felt like a budget stay.”

”Hotel is a little dated but room and bathroom were very clean. Fan was provided so temperature was comfortable. Room spacious and will be great if you have dogs. Bed relatively comfortable. Minor gripe is that the shower gel was very watered down so no use really. Other than that it’s a good budget option for this location and I would definitely stay there again.”
