”Old historic facility, beautiful courtyard, but facility itself needs uprating painting. A little remodeling would help elevator wasn’t working made it very difficult for us to take luggage up three flights to stairs to the third floor. Staff was very friendly.”

”Staff were excellent. The AC was broken in the lobby area for 2 days making the bar/ food experience horrible. The lobby area and outside are beautiful. When you get to the rooms, not so much. Old rooms, need updating, air doesn’t cool in the rooms that great. Rust on most of the appliances/fixtures/faucets. Room service came as they should. Not a bad place to stay but don’t be fooled by the pictures online.”

Told management and the lady at the desk asked me “WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE ME TO DO” I can’t stay in a room that the toilet don’t flush. We don’t have anything. The elevator reeked of urine with dirty carpet. We asked for extra towels and wash clothes. They didn’t have any extra to give because they were not clean.”
