”Nice hotel right across Union Station. Staff was friendly and our family room was spacious and clean yet it could get quite noisy in the evening / night. If you are not a firm sleeper like we are that could be a problem maybe. Location was good for public transport. We prefer doing most by foot. Keep in mind that that is very doable yet restaurants and main attractions will take you some time (not around the corner). ”

”Hotel was in a good location. Centralized in downtown DC right by the Washington Nationals baseball park. If you’re having your own transportation, that will be a bit of a pain as there is no immediate parking available and valet was $65 per night plus tax. So, use ride sharing or public transport is recommended. The facilities were clean and updated. The gym was adequate but there was no pool or sauna or anything of the sort. ”

The service was like a 5-star hotel. The common areas provided everything a guest would need at a reasonable price, restaurant and bar combo, business center, etc. The room was quiet and comfortable. "I picked this hotel mainly for its convenient location near the national mall. However I was surprised by the sheer quality of the hotel in and of itself. The room was nice and the bed really comfortable. The Ipad was also a great way to control all aspects of the room conveniently! I didn‘t try out the breakfast or other dining opportunities nor the hotel gym, so rating those aspects is rather difficult. Otherwise the hotel was in total a really great one and definetly where I‘d stay if I come back to D.C in the future! "
