”My worst experience ever in a hotel considering the price. Staff graving for tips everywhere all the time. Unpolite service. Dont come in here. I stayed in 6 different hotels during my trip in NY and MA and this was the most expensive and worst.”

”The location is perfect for tourists! It’s in the center of Times Square and provides easy access to subway stations. The rooms are spacious, and the noise control is good. However, check-in was a disaster. We arrived early in the morning and completed the check-in process, but the rooms were not ready yet, which was totally normal. When we returned at 3:30 PM, the line was extremely long, and it took forever for each guest. Luckily, since we had already checked in earlier, the manager helped...

”Loved my stay at Tempo. Gorgeous and decent sized room. Very clean and quiet. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Most touristy stuff is walking distance and easy access to the subway. No complaints, definitely staying here again!”

”Clean and modern hotel, frendly staff and great location. We loved the breakfast and thought it was worth paying some extra. There is a Wholefood store right next to hotel in case you want to save in breakfast.”

On other hand, our room and overall facilities felt much more outdated than I had expected considering the price level. The elevators were also quite slow and did not operate to all floors, which was quite frustrating”

”Great Location in Manhattan with easy access to Tome Square, transportation and tourist sites…and the staff made this a great experience. Room was kept at a comfortable temp but bathroom smelled like a cigarette through the entire stay and the restaurant in the hotel but not associated with the hotel was our most expensive (twice the cost of restraints) meal for mid-range not so great food. Take the time to walk to a dinner spot and save the money! Would definitely stay again if we come...
