There were some ground hornets while launching the boat which we informed owner of so they can address that. Owner was very responsive to questions. ”The cottage was very nice and clean! It appeared larger than the pictures. The fenced yard was great for pup! Kitchen adequately stocked, no crockpot, but we knew that before going. No issues with a 24’ boat out back, as long as you have lines & fenders. Needed to launch and park trailer else where. Close to the spring! Mike was quick to respond with communication. Great food at the Freezer and Margarita Grill. The Ice cream Barr was amazing. We had a fun time! Thank you!! ”

There were seven kayaks and two paddleboards available and enough paddles for each. The location was perfect! Just a short paddle from hospital hole. We took a day to paddle to the springs state park, and all of us will remember that day forever. If you're looking for a place on the springs, you should stop looking. ”
