”We woke up to check out and started grabbing our belongings, and notice to find multiple bedbugs in both mattress's. One of the guest staying with us had gotten some pretty bad bites in his hand has been in the ER this entire morning . Not only has this been a health issue but overall just disappointing. However, when I arrived, the front desk clerk was behind bulletproof glass, which immediately made me question how safe the area was. I was also charged $50 for an early check-in even though I arrived only an hour and a half before the standard check-in time after coming from the airport.
