”Dave and Sheila have created a peaceful oasis surrounded by the cutest alpacas ever! We loved staying here and never wanted to leave! As hosts they were very kind and attentive to our needs and made sure that we were very comfortable. We loved being able to interact with the alpacas, especially Grace- the sweetie! We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking to escape their busy life for a very peaceful and relaxing retreat.”

”Out in the foothills of CA. Nice views. Fresh air. Quiet too. Not far from two old mining towns with great downtown scenery shops and breweries. The place had everything you need. Good WiFi. Plenty of games for kids even a surprise foosball table which we all enjoyed. Great amenities and good room size.”

”This place met our needs. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was nice. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you might need for a short stay. However, the sink In the bathroom is tiny and water goes everywhere. There was absolutely nowhere to put toiletries or cosmetics. I had to use the table outside of the bathroom. Overall, it was a nice place to stay.”

”This beautiful home is spacious and comfortable. The host was attentive and available and the home was stocked with everything you would need to make your stay enjoyable. The location in the foothills is filled with live oak trees and wildlife which can be enjoyed from the large decking are. I brought the whole family and we all had a great time. Would definitely like to do it again.”

”We visited Yuba Coty to connect with family. Our stay in the home was just fine. The home has everything you need and the beds were super comfortable. The house is immaculate. My only issues with the home were that one of bedroom’s window coverings were broken and falling off and the chandeliers and wall decor were a bit dated. We will return to this VRBO and f we visit again. Thank you!”

”My stay was great! My room was clean as well as the rest of facility with exception of the elevator floor. I am only giving a three star for the cleaniness of the elevator floor during my three night stay, the floors were filthy and never cleaned. Would i stay there again, yes as it is the nicest hotel in area.”
