”This place is a gem. Located on 3rd Street close to all the action, restaurants and bars. The condo itself is beautiful and has exposed brick, vents and much more. It’s quiet during the day but it doors get loud with Broncos bar sharing a common wall. There are also unique noises probably due to the building design. Bedrooms are good size and clean bathrooms. ”Thank you Richard for such a beautiful property. We felt comfortable in the home with plenty of space. There are 2 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. All of the furnishings were very comfortable. Plenty of blankets and pillows. Communication between Richard and I was prompt and clearly displayed.”
