Loistava paikka, kolme tähteä
Loistava paikka, parkkipaikka viereisessä parkkihallissa. Hotelli vähän kulunut. Aamiainen kelpaa, WiFi toimii. Kylpyhuoneessa ei minkäänlaista ilmanvaihtoa. Huoneessa ilmastointi ei toiminut, puolet lamput sammuneet.

Hyvä ja halpa Hotelli keskeisellä sijainnilla
Tämä on hyvä hotelli.Halpa hinta.Hyvä aamiainen.Mitään ei puuttunut ja mitään turhaa ei ollut.Asiakas netin käyttö hankalaa.Oudot asetukset.Ilmastointi toimi lämmityksenä.Hyvä sänky.Hauska avoin kylpyhuone.Sisään tullessa outo voimakas haju.Tuli kukista ja ilmanraikastimista,mutta siihen tottui nopeasti.Avulias ja ripeä henkilökunta.

Kulahtanut, haiseva huone
Sijainti hyvä. Ala-aula hieno. Asiakaspalvelu enemmän epäystävällistä kuin ystävällistä. Huoneen haju kostean tunkkainen ja kalusteet enimmäkseen kulahtaneita 70- ja 80-luvulta. Suihku hyvä, mutta kylppäri kulahtanut ja haisi tupakansavulta Sänky ja peitot ok. 9 euron aamupala hintansa arvoinen ja melko monipuolinen.

We (my mom, sister and I) had a nice visit in Brussels. We were there for the first time. The hotel was very conviniently located. It was only about 5minutes away from Mannekin Pis, the grand place and we walked to every other sightseeing we wanted to see. The staff at the hotel was mostly very kind and hospitable. They spoke enough english the get by. The room was basic. The bed was okay, not the best pillows. It was too hot in the room and no way to air it out. Shower was good and so was the toilet. Breakfast was okay but cost extra.the noice from the street woke us up. And the cleaners tried to come at the wrong time so they never ended up cleaning up the room while we were there (long weekend). Over all a good affordable place.

Struttura centralissima, in centro a Bruxelles, personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Camera tripla ottima, grande e spaziosa. Bagno ok. Cambio asciugamani giornaliero. Colazione internazionale a buffet ottima. Avrebbe bisogno magari di un restyling per rendere le camere ancora più belle ma Hotel Ottimo.

Walkable distance to city centre and public transport Staff generally very friendly and helpful But one of the three lifts was out of action, as well as two of the four hot drink machines in the breakfast room. Also the hot drink machine in the reception area was not working, and since there are no kettles in the rooms, this was quite inconvenient

We arrived at the Property and checked in, and after unpacking fancied a quick hot drink, there was no facilities for making a drink, I popped down to reception who reluctantly handed me a kettle and then requested a payment for tea bags etc! Needless to say I did not pay, I asked if there was any place to buy a coffee, not until 4.30 when the restaurant opened, so I asked for the number for room service - ahh there is none - but this did not matter as the room phone was broken as it turns out. I went back to our room on the 7th floor to hear lots of noise coming from the ceiling, after a while I investigated the 8th floor this was indeed the roof top restaurant setting up for the evening (untill12pm) the floor of which was our ceiling and they confirmed this and offered me another room which I took - alas no heating or air con but an oiled fired heater, the back of the tv remote was missing and after a look under the bed I found the missing battery, We had planned on eating in the roof top bar but if that's the best service they could offer we decided to go out to another restaurant spending 150 euro's - so keep your kettle! and lose business. Fawlty Towers indeed worse hotel experience ever!!!!

The location was good and the room was clean. But breakfast wasn’t included. For the room, there was no mini fridge, no drink glasses and not even a bottle of water. The shower tub was super slippery and the shower head was small. The internet signal wasn’t constant. So our phones kept being dropped by ff line. The TV in our room didn’t work. I called the front desk and the receptionist promised to send someone to fix it. No one showed up. After more than an hour, I called again and a different receptionist was very impatient so I told her not too bother. Then at 8 am the next morning, while we were still sleeping, a house keeper opened our door and she was ready to clean our room. I told her it was way too early. Overall it was a bad experience. We will never stay there again.

The hotel offers generously sized rooms within walking distance of popular tourist attractions. An inconvenience we encountered was the lack of AC in the winter, however, there is a window that allowed us to let in some cool air.

La habitación era muy muy sencilla y no fue lo que yo elegí. No tenía closet, ni caja de seguridad ni calefacción. Parecía un cuarto improvisado. Y que, aunque estaba limpio, no es el tipo de habitación que el hotel muestra en su perfil. Además estaban haciendo trabajos y comenzaron a taladrar en la habitación de abajo desde las 8 am. Muy molesto. No regresaré a este hotel
