”Our stay was short but nice”

”We stayed in the room with 5 bunk beds. It was clean and roomy. The mattress’s were comfy enough. The room had a smell of moisture or mildew. The room was very humid. We had a good night sleep. Loved the court yard and the cascade park was right behind the motel. We enjoyed a walk in the park and the kids played at the very nice playground!”

”This place is clean and quiet, and the staff are exceptional. They helped me find a non-fast food restaurant in town with vegetarian options and my room and bathroom were sparkling clean when I checked in. Very happy with my stay!”

”Rooms were clean. The lobby was clean and the staff were OK. The breakfast was adequate. The beds were comfortable. The shower had adequate pressure stayed for four nights and did not have any problem. Parking was free, but you have to put a free parking tag in your car.”

”The hotel is centrally located in downtown Bloomington. That is the only benefit. The bar closed early so we could not get dinner. The pool is way too small but the biggest issue was the air conditioning. Every time it kicked on it woke me up. I got no sleep and will not stay here again.”

”We checked in at about 6:30pm on a Thursday evening, the front desk check in lady was not thrilled to be there at all and didn't smile, say hi, or anything friendly. Seems like she should probably not be working in hospitality. The lobby restrooms are in a hallway, there were rolls of carpet in the same hallway making it hard to even open the doors to the restrooms. This is very concerning for anyone traveling with a stroller, wheelchair, walker, cane, many bags. I could barely get in the door...

”The Graduate is a unique and special hotel! We loved all the Indiana specific design elements. The rooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable! The staff went above and beyond to help us when needed. We will definitely stay here again!”

”First off the staff was AMAZING, he helped me when needed a first floor room, and then there were problems with the tvs not working so he helped me move myself and kids to a different room. He made sure we had all the stuff we needed for our stay and was very helpful and kind. However the pool was closed, he said they had it listed on their website, it was not and that was disappointing as my kids were looking forward to swimming.
