”We actually found this hotel and swapped it for our original one after seeing it was over £100 for 4 nights, bargain! Staff were lovely, polite and really accommodating. I saw a few bad reviews complaining about the noise, but it is on a main road so it is to be expected and in all honesty, the noise isn't as bad as you'd think. The rooms were clean and cosy, can't fault a bit of Netflix on a smart TV.. Lovely stuff.The bathrooms were spotless, and I'm fussy about them. Another great quality...

”Fabulous hotel with wonderful William Morris wallpaper and tasteful decor. Our room– room 2, was enormous, with a gigantic, very comfy bed, a wonderful view across the valley, including the railway, and a large victorian style bathroom with a standalone bath with shower over. An excellent breakfast was included in the very reasonable price and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay again.”

”Lovely and clean , easy to find , car parking was easy enough after Hayley showed us the way around the back, room was so comfy, we had a separate bathroom , so husband got confused and got a little lost, but easy sorted. The room was also very quiet at night - we heard hardly anything from the pub. I recommend the pub itself too, lovely decor and very friendly staff.
