”I booked a property through Expedia for six guests to visit Sesame Place. Upon arriving around 7:50 PM, the host told us the property was already occupied. We wasted an hour driving back and forth, plus a six-hour round-trip drive home, and lost our entire second day at the park. I’m requesting a full refund and additional compensation for the stress, wasted time, and ruined plans for our group. ”

”Staff was very helpful, room was clean.. it’s an older property so a bit dingy and some things good be improved …. Breakfast was bare bones and not our thing but not horrid….. stay if you plan to be out and about as it is a good place to lay your head and well priced but it is not resort vibes…….fair for fair price!!! Nice staff and very accommodating!!”

”The place I usually stay (Fairfield by Marriott) was sold out, so I picked this one (ESA) as a back up for one night, bc it was close by. Massive contrast with Fairfield: even though ESA was more expensive, the room was not nearly as nice or as well maintained: (door handle had been jarred loose, and did not feel secure); vinyl instead of carpet on the floor - just generally had more of a cheapo vibe. ”I failed to read the reviews before booking! It didnt smell like a hotel and had visible mouse traps in the hallway! I booked 2 nights however ended up leaving after the first night because of the thought of a mouse rummaging through the room. The beds were rock hard and the water never got warm. Safety is an issue as anyone could just walk off the street and enter the hotel from side and back doors that dont require a room key. The breakfast wasnt bad and overall it wasnt terrible but...
