Booked for a stay at Days Inn Southbound M5. Found out when I parked up that the hotel was on the Northbound. Had to walk over the bridge to the north side - facing oncoming traffic to get to the hotel. Car was left in the southbound car park but I paid the hotel for parking and they assured me the southbound car park would be informed. Just received a £100 fine which i will not be paying. Complained about the fact I booked accommodation on the southbound (not indication that the hotel was northbound) and also complained about being charged £100 for parking. Waiting to hear about both.

"Staff and management super friendly and helpful. We had dinner and breakfast at the property - both meals were fantastic. The bed was a queen and really comfortable. Good tea & coffee amenities with a good selection. Very clean, lots of character and a very pleasant stay."
