”I was in charge of 3.5 million square feet of 'BACK OF THE HOUSE" space for a huge medical center in NYC for over 2 decades. This included 7 acute care hospitals with over 3,500 beds. So I hope you understand I'm vary familiar with being disappointed whenever I've stayed in a hotel, motel, etc. However, this time, my stay put a huge smile on my face. I was VERY Pleasantly surprised by how much this management and staff of this facility has taken over a poorly run, dirty and not very pleasant...

”Room was not clean there was a bad smell in the room. There was like 3 life bugs in the tub so I wash them down with water so I did not have a shower. No pool. Breakfast was not good. I will never stay there again”

”We booked here because we liked the chain, and the included breakfast. When we checked in the woman checking us in barely spoke to us, she did not even welcome us to the hotel. When my daughter went to use the tv we found there was no remote, so had to go ask for one by speaking through the security camera. When she brought the remote she didn't speak, just shoved a remote taped together at us then walked away. There was only 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper (for 3 people) and only 3 tissues. ...

”If you’re looking for cheap and don’t mind mold in the shower it’s ok. Dont like the fact that they won’t go out of their way to provide breakfast to guest that have the book out before 8am. They could at the very least give you a muffin, fruit or something.”

”It was so bad that we changed hotels hours after checking in. The room smelled like a dog had eliminated in it. The door had marks on it that looked like it had been forced open. The deadbolt was inoperable. The soap dispensers appeared to be glued on the wall. The microwave looked like something had caught fire in it. There was mold in the freezer. It appeared like the proprietors lived there along with several other people. There was an empty inoperable in ground pool and a tiki bar with a...

”Hotel was in a really bad condition, I went back to front desk 3 times before they gave me right key to my room. Room was horrible, air condition was broken so they put another one in our room with big pipes outside and it was so loud, there’s no way you can fall asleep with it. Door lock was missing with big portion of wall. Furniture was so dirty so it was even nasty to stay close to them, dirty floor, bad smell inside our room. Outside of our room smell of marijuana was so strong I guess...

”I had a reservation at Super 8 near Syracuse airport. Seems that there are two Super 8’s, one good and one not so good. I got dropped off at 1am at the bad one, my taxi flew away and I had to pay $40.00 more than my reservation at the good one. My fault for not supplying the $35. Taxi driver with the address of the good one. Got that off my chest…”
