”Our room wasn't very clean. There were large stains on the sitting chair and small stains and dirty grout on the floor in the bathroom. The shower drain didn't work well and there was a lack of deep cleaning. Some positives, the staff was helpful, beds were comfortable, room was quiet. ”

”Room was a touch warm on the 2nd floor, there is no AC from what I’m told, we visited in April, so luckily the outside temps were moderate at best. I would be unbearable in the summer without AC. The staff was truly outstanding—friendly, attentive, and incredibly accommodating to our large group. They kept up with all of our requests for extra towels and supplies without hesitation and even helped direct my guests to the correct room smoothly. ”The room was clean and well taken care of. The halls were very bright, signs were well placed. The only complaint we had was the internet is only logged in for two hours at a time. We’d have to login in over and over throughout our three night stay. We didn’t interact with staff only though check in and out. But they were friendly at that point.”

”First check in was slow. I asked about the shuttle for the next morning to be told it doesn’t run on Mondays and Tuesday won’t be starting until 11am. I had asked about a 4am shuttle. Next I was told about the breakfast starting at 6.30 am? The towels and linens were clean and fresh but the toilet was not. No hot water that evening but there was the next morning. A/C was noisy and didn’t seem to work other than to blow warm air. It was quiet on the sixth floor. First and last time for me.”

”The shower curtain had mold on it. The AC while it worked the unit itself was separated from the wall and open to the outside. The hallway to walk in and the entry way was dirty like wigu debree and stains and just filthy with broken equipment laying around the area. It’s true what they say you get what you pay for I guess.”

”Old and smell has not been renovated for a long time the picture do not look the same rugs were dirty. door had holes. There was ants all over the room. Hotel is not in good condition.”

”When checking in the female clerk was chewing on something, gum, candy or food) and it was difficult to understand her. Getting the shuttle was quick as I left at 5 am and the driver was sitting at the front desk ready to leave. Breakfast wasn’t served until 6 am. ”

”This hotel is better maintained than many major hotel brands. This was my first time staying at a Super 8, and I highly recommend this location. It was exceptionally clean, the staff was great, and the location was convenient. Because of this experience, I’m open to trying other Super 8 locations in the future.”

”Overall, pretty average stay. The 4th and 3rd floors are renovated rooms, however, we travel with a pet so requested a 1st floor, non-renovated, room. It DEFINITELY needed renovation. However, the room was clean and fine. My main complaint is that the wheels were broken on both of the luggage carts which made a miserable move in and move out. Honestly, fix the luggage carts!”
