”I was very pleased with the quality of this hotel for the price! The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It had a smaller continental breakfast, which was fine, and the scrambled eggs and sausage were quite tasty! They also offered fresh fruit, a mini waffle station, muffins and fresh juice. There was plenty of free parking and the location was perfect for trips to Liverpool and Syracuse. I was very pleased!”

”The Staybridge in Liverpool has very large rooms, AC worked great and was very clean. We were there for a concert across the lake and the staff was very helpful with our questions. The breakfast was great (eggs, meat, waffle maker, yogurt, juices, coffee, bagels and more)”

”Our hotel room was extremely dirty. It looked like it had mold or cobwebs all over the ceiling. We stayed for six nights and had someone change our room over once I don’t even think they changed our room over. They remade our bed and picked up three day old towels off of our bathroom floor, and we begged for towels the day before. My husband had to hunt the maid cart down and he took towels and washcloths and toilet paper because our room was completely ignored the whole time we were there. We...

”first room the TV did not work , staff upgraded me to a suite. 1. faucets were horribly corroded in the suite. I have pictures . 2 mold at the bottom left on the mirror 3 the hide a bed was in very bad shape looking at it i could see a large gap and the inner workings of the couch where one's knees would be if sitting. 4 about a 1.5 inch hole in the carpet in front of the bathroom door. 5 Hair was in the shower/tub making it unusable . ”Gothic is an old property that is definitely showing its age the staff was great and very helpful the breakfast was great if all you want is a waffle and have an hour to wait (it was quite busy when we were there)our room had a smell that not very pleasant we needed the laundry facilities and they were borderline scary not to mention the used condom on floor”
