Hyvä sijainti, lyhyet kävelymatkat kaikkialle. Siistit ja hyvä kuntoiset huoneet. Ainut miinus oli kuljetus lentokentältä ei saapunut hotellille ei saapunut, mutta onneksi henkilökunta hoiti asian hyvin ja pahoitteli asiaa, ei ollut kuulemma enään saanut yhteyttä kuljetus firmaan. Sopii hyvin pariskunta matkalle

Lähes täydellisyyttä hipova majoituspaikka
Lähes täydellisyyttä hipova majoituspaikka, mutta useahkot pienet negatiiviset yksityiskohdat tiputtivat arvosanan 5/5:stä 4/5:een. PLUSSAT: Lentokentältä kulkee bussilinja 100E, mikä pysähtyy lähes hotellin viereen. Hotelli sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kaikista tärkeimmistä nähtävyyksistä (jos siis haluaa kävellä, hotelli sijaitsee myös hyvien julkisien yhteyksien äärellä). Huoneet ovat moderneja ja erittäin siistejä. Henkilökunta on mukavaa. Huoneen ovelle korissa tarjoiltu aamiainen on riittävä jopa suurempaankin nälkään. Ilmastointi toimii hyvin. MIINUKSET: Sijaitsee vilkkaan kadun varressa toisessa (ja kolmannessa) kerroksessa, joten kadun äänet kuuluvat suhteellisen hyvin huoneisiin. Ei siis sovellu herkkäunisille. Hotellin sisäänkäynti sijaitsee jykevän rautaportin takana sisäpihalla ja sitä on haastava löytää ensimmäisellä saapumiskerralla. Portissa on kyllä kyltti ja summeri, mutta jäävät helposti huomaamatta. Korissa tarjoillussa aamupalassa voisi olla enemmänkin variaatiota eri päivinä. Huoneessa oli saapuessamme useita (yhteensä 6) toimimattomia valaisimia. Suihkutiloissa suihkukahvan seinäteline oli "korjattu" nippusiteellä. Olohuonetta ja makuuhuonetta erottavan lasioven mekanismi oli viallinen, mikä mahdollistaa lasioven/-seinän rikkoutumisen herkästi. Huoneessa ollut listaus varusteista ei pitänyt paikkaansa; kaikkia listattuja tarvikkeita ei huoneessa ollut.

Hyvä hotelli keskeisellä paikalla. Huone erittäin siisti ja tasokas. Aamupala tarjoiltiin huoneeseen, jätettiin ovelle klo 8 aikaa. Ihan riittävä oli aamupala, mutta valikoima melko suppea. Ehdottomasti tulisin uudestaan.

Brand new apartment with a perfect location
We spend here three nights in March. The apartment was brand new with a fully equipped kitchen. All the facilities were super clean and the people who worked there were friendly and helpful. The location is between Belvaros (V. kerület) and Erzsébetváros (VII. kerület) on Pest side of the city. There are the most of the restaurants and attractions to see in Budapest so you you are within a walking distance of everything. It is also were easy to get there from the airport. Just catch 100E shuttle bus (costs 900 hf which is around 3 €) from the airport and hop off in Astoria bus stop. From there it´s only 100 m walk to the hotel. Everything worked perfectly and we have nothing to complain.

Front desk staff were very helpful. Staff helped us to book ticket for Danube boat ride. It rained one day and the hotel provided umbrella for us. Bus to airport is a short walk. Very close Astoria metro stop. Breakfast was excellent. We stayed for 3 days and there was room cleaning everyday. The apartment has a spacious standing shower instead of a tub that we liked. Toilet was in separate room with bidet.

The property is located in a very central location. The staff are Friendly. Access on checkin can be a challenge since you need to enter a locked gate, make sure and coordinate this in advance. The worst part was the condution of the room. We were met with a strong stench of sewer. We got in late and thought it would go away, however we woke up the nexr day and it was still there. I notified the front desk and he said he would fix it. We talked to the front desk manager after our day of sight seeing and he said it was fixed. Unfortunately it persisted. I again talked to the front desk and brought them to the room to tell them they needed a maintenance person to look into it. Later that day we returned and the smell was fixed. It took 2 of our 3 night stays before the strong sewer stench was resolved. In addition the ceiling is severely stained from water intrusion. We stayed in room 9, i dont think the others had the issue we encountered. Ultimately it would have been nie to have had the managment offer us some sort of refund for the terrible smell.

I went to Budapest for work and a friend accompanied me. We stayed in the grand suite with two bedrooms, and were both really impressed with the accommodation. It was clean, spacious, with great amenities and in a good location. The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to help in any possible way. For instance I left some clothes behind and they arranged for the return of them very efficiently. This is not like any hotel I’ve stayed in before, but that is in a good way. I am very happy to totally recommend them. This is a lovely place to stay with grat. staff. Thank you!

Budapest weekend break
We stayed at Karoly Corner Residences from Dec 1st until 3rd Dec. The hotel was easy to find, mainly because the hotel were very organised & helpful. They organised airport transport for us which was around 42 euros (very reasonable for around a 25-30min taxi). The staff were friendly & helpful, and nothing was too much for them to assist with. The hotel room itself was clean and modern inside. Our hotel room was large & had a large bathtub (see pic), which was great after some Christmas market exploring in the cold. The location was situated right in the centre of Budapest & it seemed like a short walk to the Christmas markets and other tourist attractions. Highly recommended! Regards, Jordan & Hannah.

We stayed 4 nights. The location is great! The residences have been renovated BUT have old and stained carpet. Breakfast was not the best we had breakfasts outside of the residence.
