I apologize for to the crying baby but the hotel does strive to improve sleeping situation by offering ear plugs for guests who are not used to the city life or noisy neighbors. Our valet parking or self parking in the parking ramp is monitored by security nightly to ensure the security of your vehicle.

I apologize for the room move to the Courtyard. A room with a water leak would not have made your stay pleasant and the best room that is a close match was the Courtyard. When an accident like this occurs we do refund you and let the third party that you booked from about this mishap.
