”Ilmastointi hyvä, henkilökunta saisi olla hieman iloisempia ja ystävällisempiä, huoneessa olevat penkit rikki pohjista patjat likaisia huoneiden yleiskunto huono ”

”The property itself is great. The villas are comfortable and the pools are fun. Breakfast was yummy and plentiful, the staff was helpful.
However the dinner buffet was not good. There are many options for main courses however most of the meats were dry and barely edible.”

”Having some experience before I read the comments about lack of cleanliness and thought, it can't be that bad. It could. So dirty and worst was bathroom. After complaining a cleaner came with only one cloth and wiped a bit here and there. No cleaning liquid. Hopefully she didn't start with the toilet. They didn't know what clean meant so I bought liquid myself and cleaned up.
At the information desk they couldn't answer the simplest questions like "when does the pool close?" - I don't know maybe...
