”Lovely stay and great staff, we had one of the suites which didn’t disappoint! The only complaints I would have is the spa jacuzzi out of use and very tough sleeping pillows! ”

”The hotel was lovely friendly staff, great location and looking over the canal.
Breakfast great, good value for money. Rooms were a little tired and a few cobwebs but it was mostly very clean.

”The bathroom had a gas smell in the night and the toilet in room 215 was extremely difficult to flush . Tv needs a manual and couldn’t get standard channel on but room and view was wonderful. Staff short in breakfast area . Had to wait to get sat down . N still havnt got out toast . Food was lovely when we got it though . ”

”The room was spotless, lovely beds and pillows everything was perfect in the room, loved the Elemis products in the bathroom.
Dinner was superb I recommend the Burger!
Breakfast was cooked to order it was served hot and was so tasty, Claire&Olga looked after us very well, lovely ladies, Alison and the reception team made us very welcome and were very helpful, we will definitely be back! ”

Spa was lovely, not too busy very clean.
All staff were very polite friendly and helpfull. Our waiter in the palm court was excellent. Olly.
All food was delicious and beautifully presented. Breakfast and evening meal at the palm court.
The hotel was very luxurious and beautiful decor. We like bed celebrating our friends 60th birthday there and will definitely be back.”
