"Our room was definitely a disappointment. We had bars sticking out beside the bed. Which is what my shin immediately found when we woke up. The curtains in our room were disgusting and stained. The bathroom near the bar smelled awful.. The front desk & bar staff were very pleasant and helpful.."

"The room wasn’t clean a lot of dust. The sink wasn’t clean. On the 3rd day we began to see bugs in the window seal. We weren’t able to get clean towels or toilet tissue. After a certain time I believe 6pm no one is at the front desk. The lights were no working the tub was stopped up. Just awful"
