The room appeared clean but there was dust collection in certain areas, staff were helpful, but observed them informing other guests there was no parking when car park was empty, the charge for car park was very high compared to nearby parking however travelling with elderly I paid for two nights for convenience, there was no slippers provided in the rooms and was informed this only for the suites. Voco is a very nice cool hotel but needs improvement

"Had a delux room which was ok , but not even a bottle of water or biscuit in the room ..there was how ever a huge and hugely expensive vending machine arrangement in the reception, £3.50 for a can of coke over £4.00 for a bottle of sparkling water … rip off"
