”Need lights around the back where you check in at. No tv in bedroom. Just two towels and no bath clothes. Need curtains in bedroom. We had to sleep at foot of bed because our head sunk at top of bed. Really no where to park but on street. A good walk from the street to round back where you go in. The place ain't bad but needs to get it right for people to enjoy their stay.”

”Great area. Very close to Merriweather Post Pavilion where we were seeing a show. Easy to grab a Lyft to and from the show!”

”Scam. Avoid. Their credit card machine was broken so I couldn't stay in the room I paid for because I couldn't pay their deposit and all their hidden fees. A cleaning feed, a utilities feed. Avoid like the plague. I stood there for over an hour waiting for them to fix it, instead of them waiving the deposit and letting me get some sleep. I had to get another hotel”

”DO NOT BOOK THIS!! No one at desk when I arrived I had to find another hotel when I arrived at 9:30pm at night”

”Enjoyed our stay. We plan to return”

”Good”

”Liked the no contact part of the stay. Instructions for the property were clear. Public transportation is close and convenient. Not too far from downtown DC. Studio decorated nicely. Amenities were nice. You can hear talking and walking from upstairs, but not too disruptive. Overall wonderful stay.”

”Beautifully decorated and comfy furniture. You can cook and serve a full meal. Extra paper goods in closet - read signs on doors! Bathroom spacious and clean!”

”Communication was excellent and place was just as pictured and so cozy! We wish we could’ve had more time there than one night.”

”The space was clean and welcoming. The host answered all my questions timely and gave great directions on where to park and how to enter the premises. Very satisfied with our experience.”

”A little tough to find”

”The apartment was updated very nicely, clean and well equipped for our 3 week stay to see all the sites of Washington DC. Easy walk to the public transportation and Walmart. However, the AC system was old and extremely noisy. It made relaxing, watching TV or conversation at night difficult. Probably not an issue for a short stay but over 3 weeks it was irritating. Overall, I would recommend this property.”

”Thank you so much! Great location, great apartment, close to everything- everyone was so lovely. We will definitely stay again when I bring my kids down to visit.”

”My wife’s and my first trip to DC and it went perfectly. The hosts were so friendly and helpful. The unit was perfect for our needs. It was about a 15 minute walk to the capital and a shorter walk to restaurants and a grocery store. Never needed the car. The room is small but very comfortable and quiet in a beautiful area. We would definitely stay here again.”

”Matthew was really great as a host. He tried to help with the issue as soon as possible. I would suggest to replace sofa with the proper dinning table. There is no place where to sit, other than the small sofa. I rented this place to have at least sit down breakfast together with my family. Also, I would replace full bed in the bedroom for two twins and have at least one night table with the proper light. The property is listing garden- in reality there is none, if two cars are parked there. I...

”The price was reasonable The property was very clean the staff was very friendly and professional”
