”Wow very impressed for the money, it was outstanding. Very friend and helpful staff. Comfy bed, however a small double I think. The hotel is quiet and breakfast (included) is very good. Would definitely return. ”

”This hotel was phenomenal.The check in person so was good.Gave lots of advice.Breakfast and dinner are available.The room was so cozy and gave amenties like water,sweets and biscuit.The room was very clean.The room had laminated pamphlets sheets of information about breakfast,bus times,Thoverton and Exeter town information etc.There is a pub below the rooms which is quite busy in the evenings to nights.This place is well taken care of and they take care of their guests.It is an exceptional place...

”The hotel was wonderful. It is clear that the 17th-century historic building is being maintained with great care and affection. The room was spotlessly clean, and I was able to spend a very comfortable time. The quality of the meals served at the restaurant was also extremely high, and I was very satisfied. I couldn't visit the adjacent Somerset Museum as it was closed, but I look forward to seeing it on my next visit.”

”Staff are very helpful and friendly, lots to do for children. Next to the beach and a cliff walk down to Amusements, rides arcade and Restaurant. Parking is in front of Hotel. Room has everything you need. Tea coffee biscuits etc Netflix and sky sports. We enjoyed our week very much”

”Wonderful stay in this quaint thatched Inn. Modernised rooms and wonderful ensuite with large bath and shower over, due to the property being burnt down early in the 2000s. Traditional wooden beamed bar and restaurant with exceptionally conscientious staff. Full English breakfast using locally sourced produce and a thoroughly enjoyable stay for the two of us ”
