”We really enjoyed Rixos tersane, we loved the infinity pool with beautiful view of city and sea . Breakfast was great . The new mall and restaurant right in front of the hotel . Rixos has many restaurant inside like vedra , josephin . Next door there is another hotel that offers a beautiful parisian show with good vibes that is only on friday and saturday nights . I loved the gym and spa area too the workout machin were all high tech , i loved steam room and sauna too and after that they offered...

The staff especially isa mahmud and sahra were very hospitable from the first day received me with a smile, they were quite helpful, would go out of their way to help give advice or recommendations, my stay was incredibly comfortable and i was wanting for nothing.”

”Absolute.. Fabulous host. Cozy apartment.. cozy neighborhood… heart of city … Absolutely value the cost… I stayed few nights in 5 star hotel in Taqsim area.. But I would definitely stay Zeyla flats next time, I visit Istanbul…Experience is phenomenal where you get the taste of real Istanbul with safe and very friendly neighborhood…”

”We stayed at this property for two weeks and a half, and the staff was absolutely amazing. They were very accommodating and very friendly. The best cappuccino and Istanbul is in their lobby. Also, it’s in a very safe area. I highly recommend this hotel if I could give 100 stars I would. ”

They were patient and accomodating.
The property is a little bit away from the main historical sites (about 20-25 minutes by car), but other than that, everything was perfect.
The rooftop restaurant & bar has spectacular views of the city, delicious food, and excellent service. The rooms are clean and quite comfortable.
Our next trip back, we will certainly stay there...

”the Internet connection was okay in the lobby, but in the rooms it was not that stable.
The staff in the hotel was just magnificent. they really made me feel welcome even though there was quite a language barrier.
In the booking system, this hotel was listed under all inclusive but they did not have a restaurant.not actually even a bar or a café.you could only order in a breakfast.

”Nice, clean hotel. The room is huge. The stuff are helpful. The only problem is around the hotel is not walkable but the hotel offers 24/7 shuttle that transfers you to 3 places and gets you back to the hotel. Overall I like the stay and highly recommended ”
