”we order the rooms, confirmed by Expedia by email, got We booked and paid for rooms through Expedia, received confirmation by email, and drove all the way to the hotel. Upon arrival, we were told the rooms were unavailable due to an issue and that Expedia had been informed—but this was never communicated to us. As a result, we were left to find alternative accommodation in a busy city, which was extremely stressful. To make matters worse, it took a full day to receive a response from Expedia....

”The staff were very friendly, always helpful when we needed or asked for something. The rooms were good for the price we paid, better than I expected. They gave me a bigger room than I booked at no extra cost and even let my cousin stay in my room for 3 days at no extra cost. The room had eveything required to cook your own meals, inviuding a nice size fridge freezer to store your ingredients. The shop called "Sok" was 20 seconds walk, they sell everything at low cost prices (budget store), yiu...

”I stayed in this hotel with my parents for ten days. We had a comfortable stay. Our room was spacious and cleaned everyday. The staff was very friendly and kind. The hotel is located in Fatih, the blue mosque, hagia sofia, suleymaniye mosque, grand bazar, topkapi palace and tram station is in a walking distance. You can easily find good restaurants near the hotel. ”
